Most products are shipped either the same working day the order is received (if ordered before 3pm GMT+12), or the next working day (if ordered after 3pm GMT+12). 

Any products requiring customisation (e.g. celebration keys, gift boxes) require an additional 1-3 working days before they are dispatched. If you require an item urgently, please contact us ASAP and we'll see if we can get it to you any faster. 

Please note we can't currently ship to PO Boxes, however, this is something we're looking into for future reference so please check back with us again soon.
