Aeon Giftware Ltd – Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We will accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days after receiving your order.
Please note that discounted, custom and/or personalised items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return you must first contact us at admin@aeongiftware.co.nz. If the return is accepted we will email you a return shipping label as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.
Regardless of whether the item is being returned because it is defective, has been damaged in transit or you were sent the wrong item, we will refund the full value of your purchase as long as all tags are still attached, it is returned in original packaging and there are no visible signs of wear or use.
If you have simply changed your mind we will not charge a re-stocking fee but will deduct the return courier charge from the refund amount.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm the refund amount and request whether you would like to use this as store credit or to purchase a different product or as a refund using your original payment method.
It is our goal to complete any return process within 5 working days from receipt of goods.
