I ordered the love heart gift box with mum written in the blue paua shell, as a gift for a cousin. The customer service was exceptional as I’m not good with technology. They helped me to use the Afterpay function and also gave me a discount which I loved even more. Both the owner of the company and a lovely customer service officer were so helpful it still melts my heart to think of them. As a small nz business doing your best in a time like this I just want to say “Thank you for remaining human”.
