At first I thought it was missing...
When my two items arrived initially, one of them was a gift (which I'd bought for a friend and which came in it's own box) and the keychain was for me.... but it wasn't in the courier bag so I thought at first that maybe it had been inadvertantly left out, or was coming seperately.
Luckily I opened the gift box to see what the other item was like and found the keyring had been tucked inside that box as well... so good thing I didn't just gift wrap the box and give it to him or he'd have scored my keyring as well hahaha :)
But aside from that I really love it. Your products are exceptional!
I've had two friends notice and comment on it already and it hasn't even been a week! :)
Will definitely be buying from you again! :)
