Most products are shipped either the same working day the order is received (if ordered before 3pm GMT+12), or the next working day (if ordered after 3pm GMT+12).
Any products requiring customisation (e.g. celebration keys, gift boxes) require an additional 1-3 working days before they are dispatched. If you require an item urgently, please contact us ASAP and we'll see if we can get it to you any faster.
Once an item is out for delivery, expected delivery timeframes are as follows:

Yes, we manufacture everything we sell “in house”. Some of the findings i.e. key chains, magnets & pen refills are imported as we have been unable to source them in New Zealand.

In NZ it is permitted to salvage the timber from native trees that have fallen due to old age or the elements. All our products are manufactured from timber recovered in this manner so we are allowed to manufacture and export our products.

Because our products are processed and the materials have been kiln dried and coated with protective oil or lacquer, we have not experienced issues with sending our products anywhere in the world.
While we don't control customs in New Zealand or internationally, so we can never be 100% certain this will always be the case, we have never heard of our customers experiencing any issues.
When we send our products internationally we declare them as 'gifts'.

Engraving
We are able to engrave many of our existing products, but not all. Please contact us about an order if you'd like engraving.
Custom Orders
We are often able to accommodate custom orders, depending on what it is and how soon you need it. Please contact us ASAP with your request via the form on the Contact Us page and provide as much info as you can, and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Each of our products is finished with either heat/scratch resistant lacquer or danish oil. They should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Never put in the dish washer!!

No. We have contacted MAF (Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries), the government agency responsible for border control and they have advised us that as long as the material from which each item has been made is kiln dried and coated with protective oil or lacquer there is no phytosanitary risk at all.

If successful, we will email confirmation that your account has been activated and advise your login and password.
